    Agave: Good or Bad?

    I did not realize how tricky it is to judge if Agave is good or bad. After looking into it, I think it's both.  To be on the safe side I only use the dark - organic - raw agave and use it sparingly. Further I do not rely on any one sweetener. Honey is great also - especially Acaci Honey. Also use Stevia and Birch Bark Syrup (Xylotol).
